My hand, myself in f5,the breaking animation and all mobs are always invisible when i use a shader in 1.18.1. It doesnt matter what shader I use. Its not because of optifine because normal optifine without badlion works and I can use shaders. But with Badlion everything is invisible in Survival Vanilla 1.18.1.
