Insider from crates

Hello there,I've got a lot of insider from opening crates and I cannot use it.
I've tried clicking on the 'beta insider' button and it didn't work.
I also tried logging out and in which didn't work either.
Please help.

Hey @kCOLD,Make sure that you have been clicking on the insider from the crates and that you are logged into the right accounts on both the site and the launcher.
If you are sure you have been, then contact payment help.
