Yo, most of you guys know who I am and I just wanted to point something out. I put a ban report out on hendo0o at 4:49 yesterday afternoon with obvious proof. He was then banned more than 5 hours later, at 10:15. In that time, he dropped my alt more than 100 elo and played 14 more games, before deciding to get off not because he was banned, but because he was just tired. He actually got off three hours before he was banned. Now I know you mods have a procedure when it comes to banning players, and I respect that, but the amount of time it takes you to take care of a situation like this is just shameful. I would say there are more than 6 mods and well over 8 trials at this time, you may say the solution is to be patient and just not play ranked if I don't want to risk losing elo, hell I've even heard if your a good player just earn it back, but honestly, I payed for donor on my alt to play unbiased ranked matches against other legit players, and I shouldn't have to deal with this when there's more than 15 staff members. Please spend more time looking into ban reports, because the only mods I ever see active on the forums anymore are nick, varicks and llynx.

I'd like to remind you that the staff here are volunteers. They do not get paid. Therefore your request is completely invalid. Regardless I am slowly building an anti-cheat system that will destroy all of the hackers in their footprints. Taking some time to make sure I don't ban innocent players, but that is all that can be done. It would be amazing if Mojang actually took the time to protect their game against cheaters, but sadly they do not.
