How do i redeem insider and other crate items?

So i've opened some crates, yes i have chosen the reward but it just sts there in my rewards and i have no idea how i can redeem/use those rewards. Can anyone help me out?edit: wait why does it say im insider, and if it works how should i use the insider perks like say something above my nametag?

Hello,The cosmetics as the insider rank are automatically attached at your UUID account code.
