Someone has my acc in their alt manager

There is a person that had my acc password and username but I have changed it so he couldn't get in. I realised that he still had access through alt manager. What can I do to solve this?Posted on 19 April 2022 - 11:23 AM

Hello,There is nothing we can do to solve the issue that you're facing. If you changed your password he will probably not be able to access the Premium servers and so join for example Hypixel or Mineplex.
Make sure to keep up the security of your account and to don't share the information (Password - Email) with another person or this will happen. I'll try to ask higher staff members if there is anything we can do to help you.

Hello @jxpanese,If you changed your Minecraft account login information, you and all the accounts will be logged out from the launchers after 24 hours.
Unfortunately, there is nothing else we can do.
