Hey,

Please make sure you don't have any VPN/Firewall/Anti-Virus enabled and check if you can connect to the same servers using vanilla Minecraft launcher, if you can connect to them using Minecraft launcher submit a bug report using Badlion client launcher, Also the 2nd warning message from hypixel is a ban message cause they believe your account got hacked so change your password and security questions and appeal.
