Not able to use my rewards from crates.

So, i when open a crate (chest) and it adds a reward to my inventory, but when i click on any of these rewards i got (to use it) it doesn't do anything, no pop up menu, no error code, anything, just doesn't work.Help.

Hello,Can you make sure to beign in the correct account? You must use the account that you added during the registration process to Badlion to correctly use the cosmetics from crates.

Hello,Can you please submit a bug report from the bottom of the launcher? We will ensure to look into the issue there, with more information and logs.

Once you will submit the report make sure to check sometimes if a Tech support member replied to you.
