I have had this problem so far on Forge (with mods) and Badlion. I have tried fixes and removing mods but nothing has worked and it's so annoying.

It doesn't happen that frequently, it happens most of the time when i'm doing absolutely nothing.

[LaunchLogic] Exited with code -805306369

Apparently the exit code is when the client runs out of memory.. but that's not really possible since I have a good amount of RAM allocated and 18gb spare. Could anyone help me? I can provide other logs

Please submit a bug report at the bottom of the launcher as soon as the crash occurs so we can investigate the issue.
