So i realized when i log into Hypixel Skyblock from Badlion Client i have around ~190 ms, its super laggy. When i enter a new location by the warp command i fall into the ground and move slowly, after a few seconds i can move normal. Now, i launched Minecraft through the official launcher without mods only optifine and i have the ping i had before (~150 to 160 ms). I dont fall into the ground or move slowly. Could it be the mods i have enabled in Badlion CLient? Thanks.

Can you please check if the same issue persists while using the Official Minecraft launcher?
