Hello,
I just put Dedication 1 on my potato hoe in Skyblock, but instead of giving me farming fortune, it removed it. I had 380-something before and 371 after while in my garden. I can also see it by comparing it to my sugar cane hoe which has fewer enchantments. Those 2 hoes now have the same farming fortune.
Farming fortune total for my sugar cane hoe: 138,5
Farming fortune total for my potato hoe: 170,5

That should not amount to the same total farming fortune.
I hope to get a better understanding of this
