Ranked match Bug

A mate was playing Ranked 1v1s and suddenly got teleported out of his 1v1 and into a new one, the person he was in a 1v1 with was stuck in that match until he left.My mate dedchix, got into a ranked 1v1 with me. after about 30 seconds he went into spectator mode and we couldn't hit eachother, he was able to fly around and stuff.
