Badlion (blc) is coming with a great mod called "particles" mod allowed you to modify the Minecraft Hit particles to for example deactivate sharpness particles or Crit-particles moreover edit the particle Multiplier from x0 - x15.

Update idea: Make it possible to edit the particle modifier to lower the Particles down to min. 0.5x ~ 0.1x max.

Why would this be a great feature for the next update? It would make it better to aim at people perfectly while fighting and having to deal with large particles.
