So i started having this issue since long ago, and it yet hasent been fixed. i was using other clients till now and when today i checked badlion again i was having the same problem, i had the same problem like 3 months ago also.
That is this is only happeneing with badlion client and nothing else, every texture of blocks and items are ONLY 1 color, its like someone applied a 1x texture resource pack. but i have no resource packs enabled, i also tried launching badlion with and without optifine, and i dont use Beta and had the same problem. this problem dosent occur with any other clients, i think it might be my graphics card which is incompatible with badlion's way of texturing. i have a Intel HD 520 integrated graphics with 8 gb ram and a i3 processor.

i also tried the Reset Video Settings option in optifine but that also didnt help

In Betterframes, find the "Texture Resolution" option and set it to Default.
