(Full titel) Applying (Probably any) resource pack makes the skybox respond to the mouse movement of the Player. Confirmed versions: 1.20+

The skybox gets diplaced and moves weird when the Player looks around.
Also works with resource packs that don't change the sky (tested: 3D Spawn eggs)

This issue has already been reported to our developers. It will be investigated and fixed soon.
