I recently installed BLC Client and I've had a visual bug with items, since when thrown they would slide and go very far and then return to the place where they should have fallen. The solution for this problem is to disable "Fast Entity Collision". You can find the option in:
BLC options –> Betterframes –> Fast Entity Collision. I hope it's useful.
