Why Lunar Crap bought badlion?

Hope they don't become EA and shut down it, i wan't my lil freelook/perspective mod (i use it in a server that is allowed)also, what's your opinion on the purchase?

I see why a company would buy its competititor in order to eliminate competition and increase market share, but I'm pretty sure Lunar is way bigger than Badlion so it doesn't make as much sense to me. holy shit man haven't seen you in years, but I'm pretty sure it's to eliminate all possible competitors who could possibly step to Lunar
