Hi, my name is Lauren, recently I've been muted but that is not the topic I wanna talk about. While I was muted, I could not message players, which means I couldn't message a Mod asking them why I was muted.

Also, /helpop Should come back, so we can ask questions to Moderators/Staff and get a fast response.

You can just go to your profile and check the punishments tab. With the helpop thing, I think moderators get spammed enough with /report.
