Suggestion
I suggest allowing first person ban reports to be of use. If someone is obviously hacking why would it need to be in 3rd person spectating?

First person evidence has to many factors put into it, such as if you are lagging and ping and all that junk. A third person video gets ALL the evidence from an angle of both players. The best thing to do is if you see a hacker on potpvp just do /report, on UHC just message the host.

There have been problems in the best regarding first-person evidence — it's too difficult to draw a conclusion off. Many players play in FOVs in which it's difficult to tell, and latency can look like cheating. Third-person evidence is a requirement because it's the best way to tell if someone's really hacking or not
