Inability to report combat loggers when muted
This isn't exactly a "broken feature", but more of a workaround for combat log reports.

So some time last week (I think), I was harassed by a few people over /msg over my appearance based on a 3 year old picture, in a UHC pre-game.
This was something that was ongoing on several other websites for a while so I lashed out and told them to kill themselves. Yeah. I got muted for that for a while (they got off completely free can I just add).

But anyway that's beside the point.

Basically, I was playing a FFA just now, when someone combat logged on me when he was at 1%. Now as the player was no longer in the game, I couldn't report him (I couldn't remember the exact spelling of his username anyway).
Neither could I message a moderator, nor could I helpop, because I was muted.
I was so annoyed with it that I just ran headfirst into a guy and let him slice me to death.

A simple way of fixing this would be treating helpop mutes differently from the chat / msg mutes. This means that muted players can still report things like this, or ask questions. (Something else I just noticed too, at the beginning of games people are told to ask hosts for tps if they are in an ocean. How can they do that when muted?)

If we allow u to use helpop when muted, u can spam us with helpop.

A good solution is don't get muted

Someone didn't do a very good job reading my post.

"treating helpop mutes differently from the chat / msg mutes"

In other words, helpop mutes would be a separate thing altogether. Meaning people who then spam helpop, can be muted from using helpop, should they spam through that.

As for your solution, great idea! Maybe it's not me you should be telling that to though, and rather the three people who bullied me using /msg.

The way it currently is, OTHER people can get away with breaking rules, just because someone is muted.

Those people should've been muted/banned, true, but it's your job to find and submit evidence, even if it's to an online mod. (Whether they ignore you or not is another issue altogether) However, I do agree with your suggestion though, you should be able to report (Or helpop) even if muted.
