UHC hosts

Why are hosts not un-whitelisting anymore?Its pissing me of because normal players (non donors) should be able to play UHC's too.And the New hosts Such as IEliel/predpool and other new hosts NEVER un-whitelist I've been waiting the whole day for a UHC and then they dont even whitelist.
Please fix this or make it so there is 100 reserved spots for non-donors.
