Was going to post this under "Ban/mute reports", however I wanted to first ask whether or not you could be muted permanently for having about 15 or more mutes on your profile, especially if they are all in 2015. If not, that would all be a waste of time. Not going to say who the player with said mutes is in case 15-20 mutes is not enough.

Yes you can be permanently muted for having that many mutes.
