This is really ridiculous, this will most probably ruin the network. Its demise you might say. ALL THE CHEATERS, ALL THE XRAYERS , just get to get away with it because they have money to buy a new account. ROFL omg Good Luck to you moderators having to reban all the same players :-/Posted on 27 May 2015 - 12:23 PM

Not really ruining the network, most players have access to alts anyway and quite a lot of banned players ban evade however just because they are not well known other players do not report them. For example when Pepit got banned (Well known reddit and badlion player) many people started accusing random new accounts as they believed he was ban evading. Its mainly just a witch hunt for new common players.

From what I understand, it's still not right to ban evade, but to prevent random people from accusing random accounts and mods wasting time on a pointless chase, a banned player playing on an alt will not be punished.Posted on 29 May 2015 - 05:47 PM

So if you. X-Ray and get banned you can just go on an alt and play again but be legit?Posted on 31 May 2015 - 03:23 PM
Why even ban players if you would just allow them to bypass their ban? @ArchybotPosted on 01 June 2015 - 07:30 AM

it doesn't do anything if they don't bypass to hack/cause disruption again, so why not

Kinda.
If you purposely alt to hack, and leave your main account cheat free - you might catch yourself with a blanket ban as you purposely are being disruptive. This rule was basically made so only STAFF deal with these cases, we no longer want to see public reports on ban/mute evasion as some community members were invading privacy of others to catch cheaters.
Ya Hivlik.

Does that mean that blanket ban isn't a thing anymore? we can use public vpns and if it connected to a hacker we are not going to get banned?@Archybot

If I catch you on a VPN you'll find the account and whole VPN company banned off the server. VPN's are still not allowed.
