The chat plugin is experiencing a few issues on EU.
What I know so far:
- /pc is completely dysfunctional (shows internet error)
- /r to a player who goes offline shows internet error

This seems to have started since the last reboot, as they were both working earlier - just 2 hours ago.

I forgot to upload the PotPvP plugin along with the new chat plugin.

So that fixes #1

#2 I will have to look into when I get home. Thanks for the info though.
