unable to connect to any games

hello there, i joined badlion as i see many youtubers play and i would like to aswell, but since i registered for badlion in december, when i got minecraft, i havent been able to connect to any games it always says "could not connect to default or fallback server, please try again later." or that i need to register by using /register yet i am already registered.any reasons why i can't join games?
any way to fix it?
