Toggle Chat? What happend to it?

A while ago, there used to be an option that allowed us to toggle chat and only view messages that were like elo changes after a fight and all that stuff, but i don't see the option there anymore? will you guys bring it back?http://prntscr.com/7djrby I hope you guys bring it back as it quite helps calm yourself when theres a noob in chat flaming you lol
