Hello. :)In My Opinion, someone's threads inside the support boards (IE: Ban appeals, Player Reports etc.) are usually more important for them compared to other boards. Because of this, I think it would be helpful if users received a notification like "<staff member name here> replied to your Player Report / Ban Appeal. (Basically every board that could be considered a board to request support)" so they can
a) get back faster when they are asked a question in a player report or a ban appeal.
b) get to know if a decision has been made faster.
