Denying ELO dropping?

Well, i really don't know if this was already suggested but I think this suggestion has already been thought and answered, idk i just feel it

Well, i was thinking if you should not be able to /spawn in RANKED matches, making the "ELO dropper" to relog the server, and he may do it several times, and maybe it could be logged…

Or

^ This, plus denying taking of the armor?

Easier way to stop it is if u /spawn u cant play again for 10 min.

Yea but if we do this the other guy will let u kill him by just standing there so no point.
