I have a question. My friend (Tominotar) was banned, but his appeal was accepted, yet he still can't get into the actual servers. How can he fix this?Posted on 09 July 2015 - 04:27 AM

And after about a day? Nothing :(I have asked 2 mods today about this. The first one, who is new, at least responded.
The next one, who was doing 1v1s in NA2 Arena PvP, didn't. 10 minutes passed, and I thought that I would try to get into their match so they would respond. I went into a match, and then they left the server during.
I would be fine with waiting, but considering the amount of time that was taken to find his ban appeal (2 hours), and how he said he was unbanned (which now I don't know), I would like to know what is up.
