Ok so i'm jonnysurvives (wagwan) and I just had all my 1v1 elo wiped for 'boosting' by @McNerdx despite me being able to categorically prove I wasn't boosting (I recorded the whole incident lol).

This is the 3rd time I've been falsely banned. On my punishments list you can see 3 bans for 'Combat Log', 'Aimbot' and most recently for 'Elo Boosting'.

For the first ban, I was stalking a player undetectably in a UHC when all of a sudden they start crouching. I enter their ravine and start getting hit from 6 blocks away by the guy's kill aura. I run away into a cave, reach a dead end and log off. My teammate who I'm in ts with is meanwhile reporting the player to the host, @Coula. Coula tells my teammate that the guy has move away from where I logged off, so I log back in hoping to be able to heal with the gold I have then fight the hacker and get him banned. However the hacker is standing 10 blocks away from me when I log back in, so I log off and am subsequently banned for combat logging. The hacker fights my teammate 10 minutes later with Coula spectating, and due to Coula being utterly incompetent he fails to spot his blatant hacks, and instead mutes my teammate for calling the player a hacker. I appealed the ban and had it denied by the god himself Coula as, in his words, "For one, if your friend messaged me he was hacking do you honestly think I didn't watch him? I did. He was not hacking, I am sorry if he toggled or something, but from what I saw he was perfectly legit." For my second ban, @Hydro_Seeds just spontaneously banned me for aimbot with no evidence. That's literally what happened. Or at least we can infer that he had no evidence after he claimed his evidence was 'corrupted'. https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/50813 That's really all there is to say about this ban; I got unbanned but still have the black mark of a ban for aimbot on my punishments list for no reason.

Now for my third ban! I'm getting tired of writing this so I'm just gonna copy and paste what I originally messaged CameraLagg after he passed the report onto Sr Staff:

i can provide counter evidence and tell you exactly what happened.

ztilBehcapA was at 1995 elo and lost to Peryglus, then lost to jonnysurvives in a long fight. What happened in this fight was that ztilBehcapA was ghost killing jonnysurvives a lot and so when jonny was out of pots and at 2 hearts he ran in order to regen hearts. ztilBehcapA quickly gave up on chasing and the two just stood off at opposite ends of the map. Jonnysurvives ended up winning because for some reason ztilBehcapA didn't have fire aspect on his sword and they both ran out of fire res.

ztilBehcapA was upset at having got so close to 2k then getting drained twice and started purposely losing his matches. Note that he does it against 4 random players before doing it against jonnysurvives. If they were boosting he would not have done this as it obviously decreases the number of points jonnysurvives would gain. If you check chat logs you will also see that ztilBehcapA says he is giving away free elo on the vanilla ladder.

jonnysurvives was recording the matches, so please will you wait to see his counter evidence before any action is taken, as it's unfair on him to have the black mark of a ban for elo manipulation in his punishments.

So because of some raging player suiciding on me when I just wanted to play some vanilla I have lost my 2nd place on the MCSG ladder (I say 2nd because 2 of the player above me cheat, one of whom is already banned). This is not something I'm particularly attached to but it's 250 matches worth of my time down the drain for no reason other than certain staff member's incompetence. The three false bans in tandem are also damaging to my reputation.

I deserve to have my elo restored and the ban repealed.

This should be dealt with in ban appeals and abuse reports, locked.
