yo so i just wanna address the situation that the staff are complete ass.what is the point in /report? it does jack shit.
fought 3 hackers today none been banned, luckily i won because they either forget to pot or forget to put anti kb making it easy with my ping.
it's shit how we lose to hackers and you cant even give our elo back, more bothered about keeping chat clean than keeping hackers off the server. lmao.
i suggest getting better or more staff because it's pissing me off.

We are unable to respond to every single report we get and we are deeply sorry. Receiving and responding to sometimes up to 40 reports a minute during the peak hours of the day is impossible for just a few staff members but we do try out best to weed out the cheaters and other rulebreakers. Fortunately, we have our anticheat GCheat that does ban a good amount of cheaters and is definitely helping us keep the server clean. We encourage the use of /report so we are not spammed in chat with 'TP HACKER' or 'MOD TP' because that does give away the fact that you believe they are cheating and then they may toggle or otherwise make it harder to catch them. (Please take a look at this post about hackusations: Link. Personally, I get between 10 and 30 messages per minute which is another reason why we discourage players to /msg staff members. It gets spammy and we are still unable to check out each and every report.Chat does matter just as cheaters do. Words are powerful and some players find a way to abuse their chat privileges. The reason why you see more mutes than bans is because it is a lot easier to find players breaking rules in chat rather than cheating. We still attempt to find both types of rulebreakers but it is impossible to catch everyone.
We have some of the best staff members that we could have at Badlion. We keep our staff to a level of professionalism. Although I agree that we could use more staff members, at least 75% of our community is not fit to be a staff member. We try our best to get new staff members every so often and there are always Trial ArenaPvP Moderators which goes to show that there is an attempt being made to increase the manpower in the staff team.

Yeah, some admittedly play a lot more than mod. This has always been a problem, and it forever will be. Staff members are players too, and not all of them have the luxury to own alternate accounts. If mods don't mod much and play much more, and continue to do so, they will be demoted. It's really that simple.

Do the [#x] next to the offense a person has been reported for represent how many people have reported them for it or how many times that specific person has reported them for it?

There are a lot of good mods that respond on reports and work hard imagine your self in a position having like 100 reports per 2min and most of them being fake.I admit there is a problem with the ontime of some mods and on eu there are like 10 active from a lot and rarely trials.But still they are there and try there best to make badlion a enjoyable place for us so please be thankfull.Posted on 20 August 2015 - 10:12 PM

How many different people have reported them on that server, it allows us to focus on them as the more reports they get, the more likely they are cheating
