Match Making Bug in Vanilla

In game name: SyncurVanilla Elo: 2146
In the past week or so I have been trying to climb the vanilla ladder but, I have been having some trouble. I usually see 1 person in Que, so I click the ladder to get into a ranked game but nothing happens. It says added to ranked match making but nothing else happens. I click the paper and it says that their are two people in the Que. Usually if a third person comes it puts the other two people in a game but not me. It will occasionally put me in a game but that's like once or twice a day. - Syncur

This usually happens when you have a high enough ELO, I think if you have like over 2100 you will never face 1400s so those people are probably 1400s. The ELO system makes it so that you won't fight easy players/new players.Posted on 20 August 2015 - 11:56 PM

no, ranking will never match you up with a player that would cause you to win no elo.

This guy is correct. Even if there is someone in the queue, if there Elo is so low compared to yours that you won't gain any Elo by beating them, then you won't get matched up with them.
