I have just been wondering where the server is being hosted and why people are complaining about The ping issues so much. The majority of people in my opinion are complaining about the location, more than the people that are benefiting from it. Do what is is this hosted and maybe you can consider moving (maybe to Toronto)

The tl;dr is ppl complain because they suck
