Nether Border

So Recently I've been playing many games that have nether turned off with strength on. Some of those games that I played ended with no strength in the game that I knew of. I believe that the 375x375 border is a little bit to small in my opinion and should be increased to something like 500x500. This would be good because there is a ton of fortresses that are located at 375 and are cut off by the border. With this border it would make games with strength on much harder because more teams will have strength.Thank you.

How do you get strength then if nether is off?

There are usually at least 2 fortresses located within the current border. One (or both) has the random generation chance of spawning partially outside of the border. However there is a very strong chance that within the current size there is all the necessary materials for potions. In the very unlikely event that there are not all necessary materials in the border then that can be considered an 'occupational hazard' that comes with the nethering tactic.
Just because you enter the nether doesn't mean you should leave with pots. In my opinion there is no issue with the current border
