Suggestion For Catching Hackers
I understand that each UHC game only has one host, unless its being supervised, and the one host has the responsibility to try and catch any hacking/illegal mining/chat disruptions. I feel like this might let a lot of people who are breaking the rules get away with it. So maybe instead of just one host for each game, maybe have like one main host and then have one or more staff help supervise the game.

Also, when you die in a UHC I know that you get kicked right back to the lobby to prevent spoiling, but that removes the players ability to do ./report if they believe they died to a hacker or even say gg/thanks for hosting. So couldn't dead players be put into spectator chat for like 30 seconds?

Anyway thanks for reading, -Bean

Each Uhc game might only have one host but it may have 1-2 mods or even more.

Are the mods playing in the game or are they spectating?

The hosts and mods are specing the game, we will never host/mod and play at the same time since we wouldn't be able to catch cheaters in that way.

oh ok, I just wanted to make the suggestion because it seems like there is always somebody with an issue but the host and mods are busy with something else

Rare occasions. In 10 UHC's, there's only 1 host in like 8 of them and other hosts/mods are playing the game. After those hosts/mods die in a game, they usually join the host to spectate but that's usually like 1 hour in. :/

A lot of hosts/mods claim there's always a mod or 2 helping the host in spectating but whenever I join the game to play, there's always 1 host. :/ I mean, I could start screenshotting games I play and show there are a lot of occasions when there's only 1 host through entire game.

Simple answer to this is that we don't have the hosts for that, we don't have requirements for modding games, only hosting them because there wouldn't be any way to follow on that, while we can keep track on how many games an individual host has hosted.

Oh and don't tell me that they shouldn't be able to play, they are players too and they are 100% volunteers, so we can't force them to do more than the minimum, and if we did, way less people would apply for host.
