Idea for a UHC Gamemode

Yup.
Personally I think this is a good idea, if you think about it, this combined with other gamemodes, like diamondless, could really help a BTCer win, which in some people's opinion is a bad thing, but I think it'd make the game more even.
Idk how popular this would be but it's an idea \o/
