I'm not able to make ban appeal threads so I decided to appeal here
Player Hunter6999 is elo manipulating/elo dropping, he loses against anyone who has low elo and wins against all high elo players in ranked UHC

As you can see it is impossible to achieve this elo with such a bad ratio unless you only won against good players, I was specing him for a while and saw that he was specing good players then once that player won he would join ranked uhc so he could beat them and drop their elo, hopefully this player gets dealt with.
