I don't know why but for me ArenaPvP is almost to the point where I can't play. My lag allows me to be able to kill people in such unfair ways. I get killed because im ghosting all over the place. I don't know why im lagging this bad. My ISP is really damn good. My PC is really good too. I even refreshed my PC. If its the datacenters then can anyone tell me if their lagging too? Idk why im lagging I feel bad about ghost killing people. Anyway Bye.

Have you tried doing a MTR to see if there is some network issues?

Yes I have and I'm still getting really bad lag.
