Idea:
More effecient report syteem. like the new apeal syteem.

Features:
You click on "Report" and it will bring you to an format.
You fill in the players name and select the type of hack / cheat. Killaura, Knock back modifier, Elo manipulation, IP evading, Chat, other etc.

This will be put in the title of the threath.
At certain type of reports the right mods can be automaticly tagged. This will also get rid of the useless @Archybot tagging.

I think this will reduce the stacking of reports and will get cheaters banned faster.

We will probably implement something like this in the long run. At the moment we have a set agenda of website stuff for Jacub to start with.
