You won't be banned for ban evading. Not sure about the name about the newly banned person, just make sure it doesn't have badlion in it (that could be the reason they got banned)Posted on 08 October 2015 - 05:44 AM
When minecraft was stupid this may have been the case. It is not so anymore. Each account has a unique "finger print" called a UUID. It is the UUID of the account we ban, not the name, so if you have the same name, it doesn't necessarily mean it's the same account.Posted on 08 October 2015 - 06:38 AM
