Is it allowed? I asked someone how to get it but they said I cant because its a hacked client. If thats not what people are using, how are people placing blocks faster than normal?And can you explain how I go about getting this mod/setting?

What is that hes using? Is that him just spam clicking? I see a lot of people place that fast in ranked matches

yeah, you can click that fast lol, i dont think theres any mod that does this that isnt just run-of-the-mill autoclicker
