Sorry about the bad quality, just a help video.

Does anyone know how to fix these fucking lag spikes? They last like 2 seconds and occur every 5-10 seconds.

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: it ONLY happens when I'm recording with action, and when I'm recording. When I'm not recording, it's perfectly fine. Problem is, I get hackusated a lot so I try to record every fight, but…
