auto winning and weird ladder muck up

First of all there is so much wrong here: https://www.badlion.net/match/kitpvp/5286504. It says I was in a sky wars ladder (when I was in a tank kit) But I was not fighting that person, I was fighting that person like 5 mins before. Please help this is really annoying to deal with.
