Back on topic, -1. The most popular players would get all the rep, and if the report thing were to be added everyone would report for the littlest things.

Did anyone actually read completely through the post. All im reading is -1 "ALL THE POPULAR PEOPLE WOULD GET ALL THE REP" BLAHBLAH IM SALTY…As I stated, all the punishments they've dealt with TRIAL perms will show up on their profile. Only 1 person out of 400+ will be selected until a staff member gets on. It's really not that bad lol.

And one person can dish out lots false punishments in a short period of time if they intended harm.
The player could have /mute copied on his clipboard. Say a staff member left the server alone for 10 minutes. A person who had received the perms has 10 minutes to punish as he pleases. If he is quick, he could dish out 100+ false punishments in that period of time. It's not fair to the players and too risky for the staff.
