Water and Lava

Not sure if this is fixable, but what the hell is wrong with water and lava, it is really glitchy in Build and regular hosted UHCs and it isnt latency because I have 100 ms and it affects me, chanse has 20 ping and it affects him sooo totally confused here. it doesn't effect me ( but i don't really use lava ) that is really weird though i never really have trouble with water bucketing weird
