So the idea here is that a fraction of your earned elo from fights (X) is your bounty, as it slowly builds up the person that kills them gets the bounty but if they survive for X/5 ranked matches they can claim they're bounty

You are probably thinking hey why not add /bounty or something?
Well then people who are elo hungry can just get their alts to put all their starting elo on them.
