I think that you people don't even know what ping is based of… it doesnt matter if you live in France or anywhere in Europe your internet matters

Ex. I live in Montenegro and get 40 ms and my country is 2000kilometers away from the Badlion proxy.How u may ask ?Becouse of how good my internet is and look at this…

Ping
85% based of Internet
15% based of location
20% of time involves in PvP
80% doesnt involve in PvP

So please dont think im starting a flame war in just telling the facts.

Point is that even if they moved proxy to Netherlands it would be hell ton of work for preatty much same results.

What if you live in middle of the Pacific Ocean? I'm pretty sure the world's "fastest" internet would not give you a good connection to EU.
It's a certain range where your location starts to matter to your connection.
