Here is just a thought…
I think that there should be a new gamemode for UHC that enables you to be able to strip mine or mine in anyway you like.
Sometimes (speaking from experience) people have really bad luck for finding diamond, gold etc in caves, or they may just get a really shitty cave and find nothing or no cave at all. If ypu were able to strip mine you wouldnt have to worry about caving.

This was just an idea, feedback would be appreciated.
