Progeria makes the sufferer age incredably quickly to the extent that most people who have the syndrome don't live much longer than his age, perhaps 17. There are many more issues created by the mutation, but is perhaps the most dominant. Luckily it's extremely rare, although this normally means less funding for treatments.
Seems a very respectable guy with great morals, ones we should all abide by.
