So i wanted to ask the badlion community for help because I have been getting random latency spikes on my computer, it is more frequent then seen in the video, but when ever I check my ms on any thing else but minecraft its fine, even though In game i still face lag problems. I have googled this and tried to find a good solution but nothing worked i really need help because i can't pvp like this. I have been looking the last 4 days when the problem started for a solution but I can't find one.

Hopefully some on here can help me thank you. Btw this doesn't only happen to me on badlion but basically ever other server too.
