Glitch with Punch 2 bow

I'm not sure if it's just on a certain map, but on the map where there is circle of trees and lilypads in the middle if you get repeatedly shot with a punch 2 bow and rubber banded you'll get kicked for "Flying or related". It's nocheat not playing nice with 1.7 clients on a 1.6 server. Nothing much I can do until we drop 1.6 support.
